Overview
Faasos is known as a wraps brand for its tone of voice, which is as quirky as it is upbeat. One communication strategy that we have mastered through the years is to be an energetic young brand and be a part of all the new trends and updates. This way we keep the content fresh and engaging.
Problem
Statement
But, somewhere along the way, it had become less meaningful to modern-age users. To make Faasos more meaningful and adapt to their increasingly digital behaviors, we reimagined its total brand experience .
Rebrand
Keeping this in mind, we reintroduced the brand with more excitement and energy, and bought it to life across every step of the user journey, with the help of a Mascot.
OUR STRATEGY
We needed to define a brand purpose that could identify how Faasos is present PAN India for all the new generation users with not only wraps but a huge category of varied
lip-smacking menu.
After living through all the advice on social media, with a cluttered category of wraps to challenge, we came forward with a STRONGER and BRIGHTER brand filled with excitement and emotion, targeting our user instincts.

Meet Mr. Foodie. A promising young food enthusiast who lives to eat delicious food. He is funny, quirky, sometimes wicked and punny always. (Pun intended) In short he is our Mascot, and you will keep bumping into him from time to time!


Inspiration is human mouth shape which
indicate 'Expressions of Food Journey'.

With this in mind and our new tagline 'Eat Good, Eat Exciting!' we launched our new
brand style and mascot, tapping across all platforms.
Right from ordering platforms (app and website) to our packaging, we enhanced our user experience through the complete customer journey.
And to make it extra memorable, we used our mascot across all brand communications
on our social channels like Instagram and Facebook and also in our TV advertisements.
